  2. We form the LLC

Name check, filing of the Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State and registered agent appointment.

  3. We apply for the EIN

Form SS-4 prepared and sent to the IRS, with no SSN or ITIN.

  4. You prepare the bank account

A complete file for your business account application. The decision belongs to the bank.

  5. You stay compliant

Annual report, registered agent, Form 5472: your deadlines are tracked.

What to prepare before selling

  • An LLC and its EIN
  • A business bank account in the company's name
  • A business address if the platform asks for one
  • Tracking of sales tax thresholds by state
  • Separate bookkeeping for Form 5472

Every sales and payment platform applies its own approval criteria. ClicGlow does not guarantee any account opening.
